Returns key metadata, never raw secrets. Create and revoke keys at app.sndr.sh/api-keys; these operations require a dashboard session.

**Errors**

- `unauthenticated` (401): Missing or invalid API key.
- `insufficient_scope` (403): The key needs read scope.
